After two people have been married for a very long time they start to lose interest in each other. Exercise is the best way to stay in shape because it melts away a great deal of fat and tones up your muscles as well. As a result, your body is going to end up looking better than ever and you would find that your husband is going to start feeling attracted to you once again as well!
There is no reason why you can’t bring that spark back into your relationship as long as you put a little bit of work into it. You can take up cycling if you want to do something that is fun and healthy at the same time, and you can do it indoors if you want to be able to handle your duties as a mother at the same time as trying to lose weight to look good again.
